I ordered perfume from this company over 2 months ago & have still not received it. Emails I have sent requesting information about the order are answered with a brush off, no specific questions are answered. They are saying it was sent & because I only paid for economy delivery there is no tracking & they have met their terms & conditions. They are completely unhelpful & not prepared to do anything about the problem. Do not use Trade Services under any circumstances. At the time I placed my order there were no reviews about them online but over the last month or so there seem to be a lot of disgruntled customers judging from all the other bad reviews now listed on this site. I will now report them to a consumer protection organisation in the UK & see if my credit card company can withdraw payment.
