Thanks for ruining Valentines day. Ordered flowers and bits for Valentines day on 24th Jan for delivery on 14th Feb. NOTHING absolutely NOTHING, pathetic excuse for a company, stick to cards but there again you have not even delivered that so maybe you need to wrap up your business. Tried ringing Moonpig when I got home from work, guess what continually engaged, got through on the 50th time of ringing but after 90 mins listening to music gave up. Have e-mailed them, guess what no reply. Currently sat on hold yet again 36 minutes and still waiting. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEVING TOE RAGS !! Never ever touch this poor excuse for a company pathetic. The 1 star rating is generous. If you are reading this then please please go elsewhere to buy your cards and flowers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
