“OK, but returns service isn't great if wrong item sent”

Placed my first order at the start of Jan 2013. Ordered x2 mudguards and x2 tyres.

Order arrived with one of the tryes being incorrect size.

I had to pay to return the tyre. They did refund the charge as it was their fault, though I had to wait 2 weeks to recieve a cheque.

I can understand them charging to return an item you don't want, but when it's their mistake, I think it's a bit of a faff having to pay first to be refunded later, then have an extra wait while the bank processes the cheque.

On a side note, they could pack the mudguards more carefully. The box wasn't quite big enough to fit 2 tyres and 2 mudguards comfortably, so one of the mudguards was slightly bent to fit in. When left in a bent position for a while, the plastic isn't so easy to straighten.
