“Birthday Mug”

Ordered a Birthday Mug for my Granddaughter but it said that my payment had not gone through? waited a few days and it arrived in about 60 pieces! Very poorly packed ! Tried contacting them by phone a good few times but nobody ever answers so decided to send them an e-mail 1 week ago again no reply? I can only assume that they have 3 people working at the company and are so busy with complaints overload that they cannot reply!!
