I ordered an AEG Cooker on 17 January but told out of stock. Received confirmation of order with invoice details and advised they would contact when available for delivery. GUESS WHAT? After two weeks we had to contact them at which time they advised that the cooker would be in stock and ready for delivery on 14 FEBRUARY. GUESS WHAT? No delivery and have been unable to contact either by telephone or e-mail (Web Notice says telephone out of order). Tried to track goods through invoice number GUESS WHAT? Delivery site says invoice number not recognised!! So no cooker for a month and unable to contact them without driving to their offices!!!
