I placed my order in the 2nd of Feb and paid for their express delivery service (3 days) as I wanted to give my partner the print of our baby for valentines day. 6 days later there was still no delivery so I gave 1click print a call. To be fair to them the guy I spoke to was very apologetic and explained for some reason it had not been despatched. His solution was to refund me the express delivery charge and said the print would be delivered the next day (saturday).The charge was refunded but the next day came and went with no delivery. I waited till the end of day Monday, still nothing so I called them back. This time I was told again my print still hadn't been despatched- he would speak to his colleagues on despatch and call me back. I waited 45 minutes with no call back so I rang back this time getting another guy. This time I was told to wait on the line while he spoke to despatch. He came back to the phone and said he would give me a consignment/tracking number to track my delivery. I asked had my order actually been despatched then because a delivery tracking number was no good to me if my order hasn't even been despatched yet. My phone call got cut off despite their being no problems with either of our lines before ( it was also a landline not mobile). I couldn't believe they had hung up on me and by now was getting annoyed so I told my partner the story (so much for the surprise) and asked him to call them back. He got through and was given this consignment/tracking number and asked when they expected delivery date would be; he was told it would be the next day (Tuesday). My partner checked the tracking number against the Yodel tracking service online, the status saying at the service centre. Guess what? It never came Tuesday, or Wednesday and now today is valentines day! Thanks 1click print. I've paid for my goods and you are contractually obliged to deliver them you know! I guess my next option will be via the trading standards route.
