Recently ordered clothing from Very. Changed my account address as I moved house. They sent my order to my old house (over 100 miles away), and then when I tried to return it to them them they repeatedly sent their couriers to my new house. Spoke to various customer service employees and they were all very rude and unsympathetic, and not very helpful. Who thought it would be so hard to pick up an item from where they sent it in error. Unfortunately once this problem has been sorted I will be closing my account with Very and will shop elsewhere.
