The unlocks do not take between 2- 5 as it clearly states.

I decided to use this company because they garanteed a fast service - THATS WHY I PAID £109 WHEN I COULD HAVE JUST GONE TO ORANGE AND WAITED 3 WEEKS.

After 10 days of waiting i called up and they informed me that i should have read the terms and conditions. I asked were i could find the terms and conditions... they directed me to a tiny link at the bottom of the website that i could not even see without my glasses.

At no point during the sale did it that there were terms and conditions. I will report this to the Office of Fair Trading.

Do not use them, they are liers - god knows when me phone will actually get unlocked.
