“Worse than useless”

Transferred to Aviva - worst decision in my life. After several years claimed for minor back procedure after slipped disc. Refused to pay as with most of my age have had chiropractic treatment before. Never had a slipped disc or sciatica and in pain without actual cover. Avoid at all costs.
