I recently ordered a Snowbee fleece jacket, on line. Even though it was over a weekend, I received an Email confirming my order and giving an approximate delivery date. Monday morning I received a text message from you telling me that the expected delivery date would be the following day. On the Tuesday morning, I received a further text message telling me that the delivery time was expected to be between 11.55hrs. and 1300hrs. As the weather was somewhat inclement and the snow was starting to take a hold, I fully expected the delivery to be a bit delayed. At 12.15hrs. a knock at the door and there was the delivery driver with my jacket. I have to say that over the 50+ years that I have been fishing and shooting, I have ordered many things by mail order. I have NEVER had such superb and informative service. I will certainly use Uttings again and will recommend them to all of my shooting clients. Thank you for such a superb transaction. Best wishes, Keith Bolland.
