I've asked for my iphone to be returned

Sent phone in perfect working order but they said camera was faulty! Apparently camera is blurry and tried to knock 22% - £30 of trade in value even though T&C's don't say anything about cosmetic damage.
I tried to explain I had a different cover on the back and the camera lens just needs a clean but they wouldn't budge

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
