“ bike light minus required charging usb cable”

first time I have ordered anything from tredz and I would use them again, however,the rear bike light arrived without the usb charging cable and it took two phone calls to get it sorted,(I was told someone would phone me back but they didn't and the cable eventually arrived out of the blue),I feel some sort of product check prior to posting would be beneficial. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and they do promise to get your problem sorted.
