“Their service is fantastic!”

Product itself seems great, just what the grandson wanted. Skates were fantastic - something went wrong on initial ordering, and although we clicked on an orange scooter at our end it got through to them as red. They helped us to return the unwanted one, actually phoned me when they received it to let me know they had it, and despatched the orange one same day. Entire transaction dealt with so efficiently, and very quickly as well - approx 10 days including 2 weekends! Fantastic but seems to be what you get from smaller companies so forget the chains and multi nationals! Oh, and you talk to a really friendly and helpful human being instead of a machine - bonus!
