“Bad customer service”

I recently bought a scooter £250 which had scrathes and marks on the base and when i sent pictures etc. over to them i got a rude email back that implied i had damaged the scooter which was a joke and they had the cheek to refund me £15 pound lol....the scooters are wicked but once they have your money they seem not to care at all when their items are damaged!
