“stay a million miles from qwerty travel”

i booked a holiday through teletext and qwerty travel on the 15/12/12 for myself and two grandsons for christmas to cut a very long story short we were booked into the wrong apartments and the ones they did book for us there werent any because they had been over booked 3 days later after 20 phone calls and constant arguing we were moved at an extra cost of £600 i was so stressed by the situation i came home three days early not only was our holiday ruined so was our christmas since returning home i have sent emails and letters of complaint wich is on going qwerty travel are blaiming holiday brokers because they say they are the ones that provided the accomadation and the holiday brokers are blaiming qwerty travel because they took the booking but i wont give up until i get a satisfactory outcome all in all i lost £1800 for the holiday a £200 phone bill because i was making all the calls and the extra £600 to stay in a different apartment and also when i contacted teletext they werent helpful neither so i WILL NEVER BOOK A HOLIDAY THROUGH TELETEXT AGAIN AND I CERTAINLY WOULD NEVER EVER BOOK WITH QWERTY TRAVEL THEY ARE RUDE AND UN PROFFESIONAL
