“competitive service, but not competitive enough!”

They provide good quality products, no argument over this. The price is also quite discounted compared with the average market prices. But is it all what makes your service competitive enough to be rated full? In my view, to stand at the top, your service also needs to be quick and on time, a quality they were missing in my case. Also the customer service was a bit sloppy. I would therefore rate them 3/5
