“Appalling customer services”

Spoke with this organisation today. Worst customer service I have received in a long long time. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole I'm afraid. This is the first negative feedback I have ever written but they were so intransigent and unhelpful today I have felt complelled to write my first one!!!
