“Well informed and good tools”

I’ve been invested with Fidelity for just over three years and have made returns ahead of the market. I know it’s been a tough few years, but in spite of this they have kept me well informed, helped me learn about the market and, most of all, I’ve not lost any money – Which not many of my pals can say.

Positives
• Their expert – Tom Stevenson is great - easy to understand and helpful.
• I’m in for the long haul, so it’s important to me to have an online account management system with decent tools.
• Great range of funds if you are looking for a little extra spice!
Negatives
• The website does need to be easier to navigate, but overall I’m happy.
• Support could be swifter to respond to email queries
