Click and reserve a joke? The whole management is!!

Same item and size available online to reserve at the Oxford store for 5 weeks, but 4 times reserved it is NOT available. Customer services say we are having problems! Quite right p........g off your customers is some problems. A week ago I called in to find out what was happening. Chap who claimed he ran that dept said he would sort it and get the stocks updated. Yeah right! So it appears that Go Outdoors from (mis)management down to store staff do not give a fig.
