“Very disappointing customer service”

Please take my advice and take your vehicle to another garage, I was fooled into thinking that the ATS centre in Wash Road in Hutton would offer a reliable, honest, friendly service, but was very much mistaken. I took my vehicle in for the tracking to be checked and was handed back the keys and told my vehicle had been left by the side of the road, a small distance from the centre, after the mechanic had burnt out the strater motor and turned off the ignition. I thought I dealt with the situation well and remained calm and asked to speak to the manager, who basically said it was my problem and they couldn't help. I reported the matter to head office and was put in touch with the area manager who after arguing with me on the phone, apologised for what had happened, but I was not offered any compensation. ATS have cost me half a days work and £170 for a new starter motor, please do not let their incompetent staff near your vehicle.
