I have been with Autonet for 5 months and i have had no end of hassle. The first problem i had with them was that they claimed to have never received a copy of my drivers licence which i have sent to them twice, they cancelled my policy and left me the options of either paying £180 for the cancellation, or to start a new policy with a cost of £70 administration fee added on. I now have letters almost weekly through the door asking for more money for administration fees and my latest letter is threatening to take me to court. Their customer service is horrendous, with a waiting time of at least 15 minutes. I am now stuck with them until the end of the 12 months at which time i shall be thankfully leaving them probably with an extra administration fee as their final good bye.
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!
