“Worst service ever!”

We have had serveral technical faults and Sky has continuoslly refused to resolve the problem and alway reluctant to sent an engineer. I was once even told to unscrew my phone box.! Tha is where the line was drawn for me I am not a technician!!!!! They can also be very rude!
