Spoken to somebody named Paul who claimed to be the manager after not being able to book a holiday due to their phone lines not working properly and he was disgustingly rude and HUNG UP ON ME after i questioned why he was trying to charge an extra £20 for not booking last night.Will never ever use this company again.
