I like the response times from intitail ticket being raised. However it does feel at some times the iassue needs a good few tickets before getting to the nub of the problem. This can often leave a customer stranded service wise for days. I have been approached to join other services but have no wish to due to the service support that I have recieved. It would be nice to be supported in getting the best from my service rather than receiveing blanket tips. But I appreciate this maynot be a cost effective option for Heart. On the whole though I am on the postivie side of the review fence when it comes to Heart.
