“Brilliant!!!!!!”

I recently ordered a talking watch from Betterlife and not only was it delivered the following day but also within a one hour time slot that the informed me of. Unfortunately the product was faulty but one phone call and a replacement was arranged for the next day delivery, again with a specific one hour time slot. Low and behold the replacement was faulty so another phone call wherewith a replacement product was arranged with, you've guessed it, next day delivery within a specific hour. This arrived and all is well!!
The faulty products were not the fault of Betterlife but the manufacturers.
I have to say that not only am I impressed with the speed and efficiency of the order processing but the courteous and understanding nature of the customer service team. Well done Betterlife!
PS The courier company man was even running up my garden path!!
