Good Points
The new 'bible' - a fantastic book explaining what awakening is and a step by step guide to awakening.

Bad Points
No bad points, however, awakening from our 'conditioning' can cause discomfort, and once we start on this journey, we can't really go back.

General Comments
The best book I ever came across (or did it find me!). A thoroughly modern day 'bible' with inspirational messages, but even more important, a way to experience awakening.
