I had a problem with my email which involved my Mac and the way it was interacting with BT and - I thought -LCN's SMTP server. So after looking all over the web to try to sort things out myself, I contacted LCN and they reacted within a matter of minutes and offered me a suggestion as to what may have been causing the issue, and most importantly, a potential solution. It worked. (And it wasn't even an issue caused by LCN's server, either!) So all I can say is that I am extremely happy that they took the trouble to help me sort things out rather than just saying - as other suppliers out there would have - that it wasn't their fault. Viva LCN!
