Pretty annoyed at the service I received from iFlorist. I ordered a bottle of champagne to be sent to a friend. I picked my delivery date and received a confirmation email two days before stating that the order had been sent out and would be delivered on the Friday.
Friday came and went with no delivery - I contacted the couriers who told me that they'd only picked the order up that day and it was due for delivery on the Monday.
I contacted iFlorist via their live help chat - initially to be told that I was wrong and that the order was being delivered that day (it wasn't). Eventually once they'd accepted that I perhaps, might be telling the truth about when they shipped it out, I was promised a shipping refund.
When the order finally arrived - It had been opened!!
The box, not the champagne... but still... a pretty terrible e-commerce transaction.
Add to that, the Quidco affiliate link didn't track the order. iFlorist don't run through a recognised affiliate system, they run their own - I saw the affiliate URL when I made my order, so there's really no excuse...
I won't be using iFlorist again.
