“Highly recommended customer service at heart internet”

I'm new to all of this and just learning how to set up my own websites etc. Heart have made it really easy - anytime I got stuck I used their customer service and they answered quickly, clearly and simply. You just know you're being helped by real people, close to you who actually understand the difficulty you're encountering.
