I've done the Tesco plan before and have really like it - it's sensible and manageable. I like the online interaction and feel that keeps my motivation going. BUT I am disappointed in the recipes - they aren't very inspiring. Mostly I can read them and know which ones aren't for me and ones I don't think would work. I like cooking and am happy to experiment but it's very disappointing when it turns out rather bland or there are faults in the recipe.
Having said that I like the flexibility of different plans .........one improvement would be to introduce a plan for pescatarians. Whilst I exclude meet from my diet I don't consider myself a vegetarian and I do eat dairy.
