“Virgin media all the way ”

All I can say to all these reviews is never leave virgin media, and listen to their customer relations department, they make sense and always endeavour to help. Broadband is unreal mega fast compared to crappy phone line connection that sky have. Customer service experience is best out there and they don't charge tech call out fees.
I was with sky for years and mostly put it down to a lazy attitude that I couldn't be bothered to switch, when I eventually did, it was the best move I ever made. Virgin Media baby!!!!!!!!!
