“Standard of customerf service from Uttings.”

I found the service, especialy the txt updates on delivery dates and times which were affected by the extreme weather conditions most helpful. I was not expecting this and have not experienced this from other suppliers.
This was my first purchase from Uttings.com as I much prefer to use traditional retailers. I did infact try two local retailers prior to Uttings, both of whom were out of stock of the particular brand size I wanted. Both also informed me that they would not be able to get the size I wanted for several weeks.
I must say that I did find the ordering process somewhat long winded, then again I am a bit of an old technophobe.
