“Very Helpful”

We have had chickens for a couple of years but would call ourselves novices. Chris at the Poultry Centre was very helpful and took the time to show us some simple but practical tips to care for our birds. There was a lovely selection of birds available. I hadn't realised what a wide range of birds could be found locally and just how popular keeping chickens has become.

The chickens are our pets and the children love playing with them. If you are thinking about it, chickens can be an easy low maintenance pet and just think of all those eggs! I wish we had started keeping them sooner.
