“Gatwick store - disgraceful service”

The Evans Gatwick store is an absolute disgrace - avoid at all costs. If you need anything brought down from the warehouse, you are in for a long wait with about a 50% chance of the right items arriving. Coupled with unhelpful and surly staff it's worth avoiding unless you are truly desperate (and have time to kill)
