I had the same problem as everyone else on here - pity i didn`t check this comnpanies reviews first, they emailed after 24 hours saying a code coud not be found bearing in mind the phone the code is for is still being sold in shops. told me i had to wait 5 days for a refund but as i paid with paypa i thought i would see if i could get my money refunded through a dispute, when i went to do this i got a message along the lines of if you open a dispute it takes up to 3 WEEKS to getyour refund but if you go to theunlockdepot(dot)com/refund/ you get a refund within 10 minutes - i had mine within a minute or 2.
