I ordered some underwear for my father, which we paid for upfront. They were far too big and the quality was poor, so we returned them via their collect plus service on 2nd Jan 2013, and asked for the goods to be replaced. They received the goods on 9th Jan, and although I have phoned and emailed them numerous occasions,to date, 25th Jan, I still have not received my replacement goods. I received an email from them on the 18th Jan, stating that my replacement goods had been processed (whatever that means).
They have my money, they have the goods, but still they are no nearer sending a replacement. As far as I am concerned this is pure theft, so I will be reporting them to trading standards, and currently they are in breach of the...The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Please Please, for your own sanity, DO NOT USE OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHUMS!!!!
