“Superbly responsive service”

SSH access was required for a project. Although not immediately available, I was able to find informative pages about the steps I had to take, including making contact with the support team.

The support team was prompt and efficient, giving me what I needed to proceed with getting the access I required. Links to required software and a step-by-step guide made it easy to achieve my goal.

As a sidenote, much of this complexity is part of a strict security policy which is in place - and, despite the longer initial setup, it is reassuring to know that 5quidhosts take security so seriously.
