“Worked like clockwork for me”

I'm confused by some of the earlier reviews. I booked my holiday to Lanzarote with On the Beach in December 2012 and everything worked like clockwork and for a price that I couldn't get cheaper elsewhere. I liked the search function and the booking process - flexible and easy to navigate. The accommodation that I stayed in was clean and friendly (although I knew that before going as I had stayed at the same place before and had requested that this time round).

The only slight grumble would be that my flights were slightly footery as I was on two different airlines and so had to check in slightly differently with each. However, that was due to the dates I wanted and so can't blame OTB for that. I guess it would have been nicer if OTB had done that for me but then if checking in myself keeps the costs down, I'm all for it.

Would happily use them again especially if I'm looking for a last minute deal as the booking process saves me from faffing about trying to pull all the costs/times etc from different places together.
