“TOTAL WASTE OF TIME !!!!!!”

They don’t know their *rse from their elbow!!!! I ordered 2 items of furniture, they sent the wrong thing. I returned them and re-ordered over the phone to make double sure I was getting what I wanted. Guess what – again they sent the same wrong items! Given up and gone somewhere else now.
