“They dont know where the fault is....”

I have been with Sky for more than 5 years on TV, Phone and Broadband. Recentlywe are without Phone and Broadband for 5 days and they could not identify where the fault has occured...its terrible, they dont answer on phone properly, worst customer service, they are surviving just on Sky Sports otherwise no body looks after them...Callout charges are huge and they want their customers to agree even without looking at the problem. Money minting shameless provider...No one is best but Virgin is better I suppose...I dont recommend anyone to take Sky not me in the next 30 years...
