“Emily in French Connection Worcester”

Twice in the last couple of months I have been into French Connection Worcester House of Fraser and both times Emily was interested, friendly and worked hard with me first to find a dress I might like and would be suitable for an event and secondly she went more than the extra mile in searching for a particular dress by phoning many other House of Fraser stores for the size I needed (and Worcester didn't have). A charming young woman who wasn't pushy but was excellent at sales and relating to her customers. Even my 19yr old daughter said 'She's good!'
