“Great support service”

EUKHOST was one of my good Hosting experiences because of their Support. Lasted for many years. I was using Windows Reseller hosting (Kingair). The Windows Server itself wasn't stable as my Linux Servers at other companies, but that might be a Windows thing. EUKHOST always managed to fix the problems. Mostly fast enough, but there were bad times as well, to be honest. The long downtimes were very rare, but prevented the experience from being a perfect one.

One downtime took 3 days to resolve (17 July 2012). Another long downtime was a year earlier than that incident. They mentioned a crash in the HD where the RAID needed to rebuild the data, and that took alot of time due to the huge amount of data. I guess EUKHOST must have learned something from that.

The greatest thing that I enjoyed with them is the Chat Support. Most companies have 24/7 Email support. Rarely a Chat service and only for Sales, but at EUKHOST, you could find a support agent at 2 AM at any timezone you wish ready always to assist you solving a problem and ready to work with you even for long time, and never throw you to a support ticket.

Some great names I enjoyed chatting with were Pearl, Sammuel and Solomon.
Their Support agents are nice, good attitude and always patient and supportive.

My reason for leaving them is that I no longer use the service.

If I request again a service at EUKHOST, I would take the cloud service to make my experience a perfect one.
