“Need to Contact Financial Ombudsman”

Do not ever shop with Very. I was promised a 10% discount on a TV when I opened an account back in June 2012. The discount was never applied even though I have email from the customer service team from the 27th of June 2012 stating that this would be applied. And ANOTHER email from 29th of September, and ANOTHER email from 1st Oct and ANOTHER email from 31st of Oct all stating that this was an error and the 10% discount would be applied. On the 15th of January I got a letter saying that the charge is correct and they will no longer deal with the complaint and on top of the extra charge I also have £69.99 interest to pay within 28 days!!! I now need to contact the Financial Ombudsman. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!
