“Rude manners”

Looking at some good reviews here, these sounds so generic that now make be believe that these have been placed by their own employees :-), looking at these I thought to give them a call for 4 flight tickets, after the quote I politely told him to let me discuss within family about dates etc and guy on other side hung up phone on my face after saying that you are not serious about booking tickets. Now I will never call them again in my whole life and spread this story to as much people as possible.

They did not deserve even single star for such a pathetic customer service, but this web site does not have an option of ZERO star.
