I recently purchased a nexus 7 online from Sainsburys. Unfortunately the nexus was faulty so I called sainsburys customer service to arrange to have it picked up and to get a replacement sent to me...sounds simple. If only!! All the staff I spoke to were extremely indifferent and not at all helpful.
I was told I had to send the faulty item back and I would then recieve a refund. I don't want a refund, I just want a replacement! It should be so easy but now I've got a delay of 5-7 days as I've got to return the item, wait for the refund (takes 3-5 working days), order another (from someone else now!), and then wait for it to arrive. Ridiculous!
