I ordered a bag at the end of November and the payment was taken from my account on 3rd December. Despite 7 emails that I have sent them dating from 27th December asking for a delivery date I have not received this information. They have replied 5 times stating they will look into the matter. I have now requested a refund as the bag was a Christmas present for my daughter, but I have not received any correspondence regarding this. I am bitterly disappointed with the lack of service and understanding. I would not recommend this company and I will certainly not be using them again. They have not offered any reason why the bag has not been dispatched and to date I have not received my requested refund.
