I ordered a tyre online which appeared to be on stock last Sunday 6th of January. It was supposed to be delivered to the shop after 2-3 business days. However, after 9 business days it still hasn't and now it says is not even in stock. Furthermore, I tried to cancel the order but that is not possible unless I go directly to the branch to do it!
I am very disappointed about this issue since the main reason I had to buy it was to get it quickly, as it was not available on other online retailers. The only thing done efficiently here was the charge of the item, that took just one day...
