It's ok when everything is fine, but as soon as you have a problem there is nothing in terms of customer support or flexibility.
I have nearly 30 accounts with Streamline and will slowly migrate every one of them away.
Avoid dealing with this company as you get tied in to ridiculous terms and conditions which are very difficult to get out of.
Reliability is fine, but no customer service which means you cannot work with them as a business.
