“Excellent Service”

I ordered one item (skin top) which arrived within 2 days. I had chosen the wrong size and returned it for a larger one - this arrived within 2 days of me returning it. I received e-mail confirmations for the order, for progress and a personal message with instructions. The service from start to finish was exceptional. This is a fine example of how online retailing should work.
