I needed to cancel a holiday but had received an email stating if I did not pay the outstanding balance I would lose my deposit (fair enough) and my holiday would automatically be cancelled. I did not pay the balance but On the Beach automatically debited my account five days after the balance was due.
I questioned this but apart from an appology about the misinformation I have not had the cash refunded. I tried to cancel via manage your bookings, and am currently blocked from the manage your account facility. Asked why in the dialogue box but they cannot explain!
